HR manager

Job description

Pyronix Games is a studio that creates immersive games with deep worlds and stories. We are looking for an HR Manager to help develop the team, maintain an atmosphere of openness and drive, and scale the company’s growth processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Full recruitment cycle: searching for, selecting, and onboarding specialists (game designers, developers, artists, marketers).
  • Forming the company’s HR brand (interaction with the media, educational projects, events).
  • Organizing and supporting the adaptation of new employees.
  • Conducting 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, collecting and analyzing feedback.
  • Building a system for employee motivation and development.
  • Organizing internal events (team building, internal training, corporate parties).
  • Creating and building a corporate culture.
  • Conducting HR analytics and reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR or People Partner (preferably in game development/IT).
  • Understanding of the specifics of the game development market and the needs of creative teams.
  • Experience in recruiting IT/game development specialists.
  • Knowledge of modern HR practices (motivation, adaptation, retention, performance management).
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, ability to find an approach to different people.
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian and English is a plus.
